Still getting the same can answers from support, do you pause while climbing stairs? No I run up and down the stairs. If your stairs are not a 10’ rise the Sense won’t count accurately. My stairs rise at just over 10’. If your watch is getting wet it may affect the count. I have never worn my Sense in the shower or swimming even though it’s supposed to be able to do both.
So tired of these preset can responses. I am done with Fitbit and will invest in something better. Don’t need anymore of this nonsense

This is exactly why I am reluctant to return. Apparently they replace with refurbished ones so I've been told.
