My sense stopped connecting, I removed it and re added it. So won't work. Did factory reset and now I can't get it to repair or the get the watch off 9f the "download fitbit app" screen. Any pointers?

Hi @Rsisk - if you factory reset the watch it's like when you got it.
Remover the Bluetooth entries for it from the phone and
in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace
When complete check the Notifications and App Notifications and any other special setups that may have been lost in the process.
