Keeping Connected

Sense will not stay connected to my phone. I am continually having to connect or unpair then pair my device.  There is no rhyme for reason for it, totally random.  I obviously only notice this when I'm not receiving calls or notifications. For the money spent originally and also monthly for the subscription, I should NOT be having this issue.  Also, with only having the factory settings, my battery lasts less than 24 hours.  When I first purchased, I was getting a good 6 days. There was a drastic change that literally seemed like overnight. Too many issues and not I'm even close to using this device to its full potential to be having such major and VERY inconvenient problems!

Hi @ManaBell - the two issues can be related. If there is a constant trying to sync [which constantly fails] it can use more battery. Sorting out that problem may help.

Also there are Fitbit firmware and App updates and one of those can add, fix or unfix a feature. Not to mention phone updates.

Often the sync problem is phone related, check that battery and Bluetooth are not being shutdown by the phone battery optimization setting.

But first logout of the Fitbit App, [clear storage cache and force stop it for Android] and restart the phone and the watch to see if that helps.
