I just noticed the rubber seal on the backside of my Sense (around the sensors) is peeling. I was wondering if this is considered a manufacture defect that would be covered by the warranty for replacement? I can't find any topics regarding this rubber seal

Rubber seal, packing......either way, something is peeling from around the sensor plate. I just don't want it to interfere with the way it works and wonder if this would be a reason for replacement.

Hi @snowball0129. Welcome to the Community Forums. @Guy_ and @Converse Thanks for stopping by to help our friend.
@snowball0129 Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well for trying to attach a picture. This is odd as the Sense has an aluminum case. Given this situation. I'd recommend to get in touch with our Support team so they can look into this situation and provide you with further assistance. You can get connected with them via chat or phone by clicking here.
Have a good day.
