I topped off my Sense today right after I woke up and took my shower. I do the same every day and usually go from 74-77% to 100% even when I get the ”slow charging” message. This has been the behavior I observed from my sense since launch day.
Today was no different, I put it back on when it was at 100% charge around 9am. It’s 3pm, with little activity at home and my battery drained all the way to 3%. I am charging it again, but I think something may not be right.
I’ve been using Fitbits since the first-gen products. Any ideas what could have gone wrong??? An expert’s help would be appreciated!

@SunsetRunner It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your Sense's battery draining quickly. As you could see in previous weeks, this isn't an expected behavior for your device. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.

I am having the same issue. I don't think I have made any changes and my Sense has gone from lasting 2-3 days to under 12 hours in the last few days.
