My Sense keeps logging off when touching screen in different areas on the screen. How do I get it to stop logging off when accidently touching it?

Hi there, @RandyLP. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.
To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if by "logging off" you mean it's shutting down? If so, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

That did not help. Even when I changed my clock screen during the process it logged me out again.

Sometimes if I touch my screen it logs me off. In other words I have to reset my password to get access to my fitbit again.
The Fitbit does not shut down I just have to do my password again.
