Sense screen is moving left/right without me touching it. Looks like it is having some kind of seizure. Worked with support to reset, then factory reset, but still doing it. Support won't proceed because of an 'app outage' and says try again later.
Has anyone has Sense screen take on a life of it's own? Have cleaned/wiped/etc.

Hi, @bpuls6088, welcome to the community, your problem is unusual, allowing you have restarted your "Sense" you should contact "Customer Support" again using the phone or chat facility for a prompt response. You do not mention how long you've had your "Sense", you may still have an active Warranty depending on where you are. Before you talk to them again make a note of the steps you have taken & the results along with the date you bought the device, and the seller's details. Yesterdays server problem has now been fixed.
