Android S8+ phone. Since yesterday (2-6-23) it hasn't been working. Sometimes it says it syncs but no premium features are available. Most of the time it doesn't sync. Hope this is resolved soon. I depend on premium to help monitor some health issues I have. I've had a fitbit since January 2016 and upgraded to a Sense in 2021.

Hi @pastimz  - there were some server errors Feb 6th and it seems so today as well, wait till it is resolved before doing anything as it will impact syncing etc..

I waited, just as you said. Happy to report all seems back to normal today---yayyyy!! Funny thing--even though other health stats weren't showing up (such as sleep, heart rate, etc.) my oxygen saturation still showed (before this past glitch, sometimes I had problems with that showing up and had to restart my Fitbit often each morning. Sooo, maybe that is fixed for everyone, too). Happy camper here 😊
