Just like everyone else here: Been on the charger for two hours and will not move of 87% charge. Still tells correct time & it tracked my sleep last night but can't move to other apps like alarm, timer, weather or anything else. When I went to bed last night it was working perfect.
What is wrong with this company??????????? 😡😤

To solve the issue with the screen, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
As for the battery, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
