Sense screen black

SENSE SCREEN WENT BLACK. ITS FULLY CHARGED, CAN FEEL THE VIBRATIONS EHEN TOUCHING THE SIDE, BUT NOTHING ON THE SCREEN.

Hi @Jojolangg - there are several things you can do.

  • double tap the screen and swipe it to the left to see if something appears, like settings - if yes change the clock face from the Fitbit App
  • place on the charger to see if you get a battery status or see if it restarts
  • if neither work it may not actually be charged - it may need cleaning or there may be a fault with the charge cable

If the logo doesn't appear the watch may be faulty. If it gets hot while charging stop charging.
