Sense screen came off

Last week I notice that my Sense face popped off. Is this common? What are my options?

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

it appears to be a common fault at around the 11/12 month time. You will be offered a replacement (which will be a 'refurbished' one with only a 90 day warranty, or  the option of 50% off a new more expensive one, which will do exactly the same!
