Last week I notice that my Sense face popped off. Is this common? What are my options?

Best Answerit appears to be a common fault at around the 11/12 month time. You will be offered a replacement (which will be a 'refurbished' one with only a 90 day warranty, or the option of 50% off a new more expensive one, which will do exactly the same!
