Sense screen cracked after 20 days

Hi guys 

anyone else have any problems with their new sense screen. I have mine for less than 20 days and it’s been charged just 3 times (of my wrist) but just seen that there’s a crack on the screen already. 

Just can’t believe that it’s so fragile and surely it should be better quality or made with stronger glass.

Welcome to the community, it's a pity you have a problem with your Sense screen. The screen is "Gorilla Glass 3" to quote the sales blurb " Premium Design: A polished stainless steel ring, custom AMOLED display, laser-bonded Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and innovative biosensor core make every piece of Sense exceptional by design" It's a sad fact that wearables lead a very tough life. I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here and recommend you use the Chat facility or the phone for a prompt response.

Thanks for the reply but customer services replied with a generic email and pretty disappointed to say the least.
It was a gift and now have to go back to the person who bought it and return it to them to see if they can get it returned. Pretty poor quality and service all round .
