Sense screen cracked

So I charged my sense last night, cleaned the screen under the rubber screen protector, put the screen protector on again, then went to sleep, woke up this morning with a big crack down the centre of the screen, no idea what happened, but where can I get it fixed by a Fitbit approved repair place in Belfast, Northern Ireland? Please help, I love my watch 😞

Hi @Weemissii Unfortunately Fibit don't do screen repairs (and there are no Fitbit approved repairers anywhere). Try contacting Fitbit Support  and see if they can suggest anything

Thank you @NellyG They have sent me a discount code for a new one, still expensive but if my one isnt waterproof anymore then I had no choice so I ordered a new one. Is there anywhere that could replace the screen on my old one just as a spare? Would a phone shop do it

Hi again. I'm glad you got a discount code. I am sure there re people around who are capable of replacing the screen but I would have no idea where to find them. Asking at the phone place might be a start though I doubt they would do it themselves. Good luck.
