hello everyone,
the case of my sense split open. I can now see the inside of the watch.
It happened all of a sudden, for no good reason.

Unfortunately, Fitbit does not have repair centres so you'll need to replace it. Hopefully you will still be with warranty. If you contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com they'll be able to check your warranty status and advise on your options.

Hi all.
My Sense did exactly that.
On Monday evening, I got onto Fitbit Chat, gave them a few photos of them of the “damage”.
Luckily it was still under warranty. I’d got my Sense as part of the Ionic recall.
The replacement unit arrived this morning.
I’m impressed with Fitbit’s response to this.
