Hi, I have recently purchased a Sense, and I only receive notifications ( texts, e-mails and WhatsApp messages) intermittently, generally after I sync the Fitbit app on my I-Phone 10. The software is up to date on both the watch ( 128.6.17) and IPhone ( ios 15.6.1)

Are you running the app in the background?
Probably doesn’t matter but make sure you are running the most recent Fitbit app 6.33 (36648005)
Also consider downloading from the app gallery
Simplecheckup for your watch.
it shows last sync and connection test.

Hi Clove6060, thanks for your reply, to ensure I had the most recent version of the App, I deleted the app and downloaded a fresh copy and it is at version 6.33. I also downloaded the Simplecheckup App. It successfully completed its check and showed the last time the sync process took place. I can get notifications of WhatsApp and Text message, but not e-mails. any further help would be greatly appreciated. My phone is an I-Phone 10

I have the iphone12 pro max. Make sure you activate your email. I have my gmail and outlook sending notification to my watch.
Tap avatar/pic top left of today page.
Tap sense pic
Tap on app notifications
it should pull up all your apps
then swipe green the applications you want notifications from.
I’m assuming you did this and selected WhatsApp but make sure your email is green.

Hi, I thought I had resolved my notification problems with the help of the Forum. It worked for a couple of days but now I have discovered with the help of the " Simple Check-Up ( recommended by the forum) watch app, that my watch stops receiving notifications of text, e-mails etc when it is not syncing with my phone. I force the sync to take place and problem is resolved, all notifications are received on the watch. How often does the phone sync with the watch? However the problem keeps coming bach
k every couple of days.
The watch software is up to date and I deleted the Fitbit App and installed a fresh copy. My iPhone XR has been updated to 15.6.1.
