My screen just fell off. I didn’t hit it or anything. Has anyone had success with getting it attached again? It’s out of warranty. Any tips on who could tackle this problem? TIA

Hi @Nikki152 That is unfortunate! I have heard of people successfully reattaching a screen, using silicone or super glue very carefully applied from memory. There is a thread somewhere on the forums, but I can't remember which forum it was in. It is certainly worth giving it a go though. Good luck.

Edited to add a link to someone who successfully reattached their screen - not much help detail though

This happened to me in May. I didn't hit anything and my screen just popped off! My warranty just expired and I was forced to get the extended warranty and pay  to replace it. Now I am having issues with the replacement. I hope you have better luck than I did!

this happened to me too. - Fitbit does not support products after warranty I'm searching for a reputable manufacturer. My last two Fitbit products have failed in less than 2 years. I think this is a known issue and defect.

Thanks. My Fitbit is 1 year and 8 months old. I don’t think it should fall apart that quick. Am also trying to find a reliable source to fix it. Will post if I do.
