It's been almost 2 years with my fitbit sense, but it is finally on its last legs. My screen has a blue outline around the edges of my screen and gets stuck in bootloops. sometimes I can reset it or let the battery die and get it to a working state, but I'm sure this should not be the normal operation. This started about 2-3 months ago and I just left it with a dead battery in my backpack.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the forums @YasukeArasaka.
Thank you for taking the time to share the experience that you are having with Sense. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.
Please, after being fully charged, try to sync your device one more time. If you have difficulties to do that, please visit this article.
In addition, restart the smartwatch one more time.
If that doesn't resolve the situation, change the clock face.

I greatly appreciate the advice on another workaround and I tried these out for a week or so to make sure I did everything possible. So at most it works for half a day or less before it goes back to bootlooping until the battery dies. switching the clock face did not fix that ring around the inside screen or the bootloops.
