Sense screen fell apart from device

My Sense literally FELL APART! As in the adhesive let go and the face detached from the watch. I wrote to support, the solution, “it’s out of warranty but offer 35% off another Fitbit” 

That’s why I got my sense, because the IONIC FAILED!  Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you Fitbit! Oh AND the CHARGER FAILED TOO a couple of weeks ago! 
Fitbit evidently doesn’t make a product that lasts 14 months, save your money, buy from a company that backs what they make. 
I subscribed to Premium…good thing it’s up for renewal, I will be canceling that too!

While I don't have access to your case, my best advice is to keep an open communication with our team so they can help you with your case, and provide you with more information about their resolution.

Thank you for your comment. Fitbit has no further comment, nor perceived interest in “helping” with this. They are done with me, why bother is their motto. They offer for you to spend more money on their products, not fix or replace them. No suggestion on how to fix it either.

Anyone spending money on their products get what they deserve, after 2 products that either completely stopped working or fell apart, they have lost my respect and business. I don’t throw good money after bad twice. 

It’s too bad. My doctor even told me to stop wearing it prior to it breaking, I told him I loved it, i had Premium and checked stats daily. No more!
