Has anyone had an issue with the watch face coming detached? This has happened twice on two separate devices over the last 2 years. I'm not rough with my devices, never dropped it or hit it against anything, it just pops open. It appears the adhesive or whatever they use to attach the face plate eventually just comes apart. Of course it happens right have the warranty expires, so all they do is offer you a discount for another faulty device. I'm tired of purchasing a new device every few years. I guess it's time to move on to another device.

It happens after 5 month warranty was covered another pibels. It Is happened again but not cover by warranty I was afraid to wear it in shower or swimming so did avoid it . I had bad experience
With my Ionic .But despite all procoution it's happening again Another $400 down the drain

I've had the same issue. I bought 3 Versas over the past 5 years as this is the same story that I've experienced. The screen comes off within 3-4 months. I contact Fitbit they take 1 month to get the new one out. It happens again and again. I'm done too!!! It's ridiculous that they are still manufacturing such a poor quality product. 🙄
