Put it on charger for a few hours and restart it by holding the button until you see the Fitbit icon then release and let it process thru the restart
Best AnswerMine is doing the same. Battery was low yesterday, put it on the charger last night I thought it didn’t charge. This morning put it on wife’s charger. Still blank. Cannot power it up. Any idea’s??
Best AnswerThe only advice I got was to restart it even when I called the customer support. They are sending me a replacement tracker. I suggest its best you contact the customer support as they will try other ways to troubleshoot the issue.
