Sense screen gone blank

There is no display on the screen. Initially there were two green lights. I pressed on the button to restart it but the screen still remained the same(blank) but there are green and red light now.

Put it on charger for a few hours and restart it by holding the button until you see the Fitbit icon then release and let it process thru the restart

I did that but unable to press the button. Can't feel the vibration anymore. Anyway thank you for your help. I'm getting a replacement tracker soon.

Mine is doing the same. Battery was low yesterday, put it on the charger last night I thought it didn’t charge. This morning put it on wife’s charger. Still blank. Cannot power it up. Any idea’s??

The only advice I got was to restart it even when I called the customer support. They are sending me a replacement tracker. I suggest its best you contact the customer support as they will try other ways to troubleshoot the issue.
