Sense screen is black

Not sure why. Suddenly my Fitbit Sense is not working. Black screen. Tried to restart but doesn’t work. HELP !!!!!

Hi, @Zoexyxy , welcome to the community, place your "Sense" on the charging cable for at least 30 minutes (it may take 30 minutes to show signs of life if the battery has been fully drained). Bear in mind the advice here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  and check you are connected to a live power source. Can you provide more information? confirm you did pair and connect your "Sense" with your mobile phone, it was working correctly before it went off.

The same thing just happened to me. Hold the button on the side in and continue holding it until the Fitbit logo occurs. It bounced back after that and I didn’t lose any data. Let me know if this works.

I tried but no response. Patiently waited for an hour , it returned back as normal now. Many thanks !
