Hi @Wurth_Skidder - just in case try changing the clock face from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App if the screen is not responding to touch.
If it is double tap it and swipe in any direction to see if the display works.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support,they may take you through a factory reset.
