Sense screen is unresponsive to touch

Hi,

my sense will not respond to my touch (I.e. can’t swipe on actual screen.) and allow any changes. It has locked it self to stay on always and goes flat in less than 24 hours. I have tried a re-set and even that is not working.

Hi @NDE71 - if the watch is losing charge that rapidly it is likely there is a serious fault with it and you are experiencing the various consequences.

 

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo Help & support, Contact Customer. They can help try a factory reset but it probably won't help.
