My Sense screen has become completely unresponsive. It still lights up with motion and the side button still works. It is still counting steps, too.
I've tried a reset twice, no change. I checked for updates, none.
Is there any thing else I could try?

Hi @MissTri - if you are using a different clock face try changing it to another one from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App.
If you can't wake the watch with a double tap or swipe the face from the edge to the left to get to Settings you can't do a full Shutdown from the Settings menu.
If it persists you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a factory reset.
