Sense screen lights up all the time

The screen is lit up all of the time - have tried resetting but didn't fix the issue. Lights up the room at night so can't sleep with it on.  Any suggestions?

Are you using the standard Fitbit watch face?

some things to try, pausing in between to see if it works

  1. Press back button
  2. Switch to standard Fitbit watch face
  3. Turn on Always On
  4. Turn on Always Off
  5. Change screen timeout to 60
  6. Change screen timeout back to 8
  7. Turn on auto wake
  8. Turn off auto wake
  9. Turn on sleep mode
  10. Turn off sleep mode
  11. Shutdown watch & wait a minute
  12. Restart watch
