Sense screen pixelated

anyone know how to I fix this the pixalated image and icon in top right won't go away no matter what clock face I change it to it remains...   customer service was no help had me try a master reset it didn't work then got an email saying I'm not under warranty  so I guess they don't know how to fix it please help

Hi @Dez401 - watches of a certain age will suffer more from "burn in" depending on things like using Always On clock faces. The constant pixels being lit gets remembered.

There are a few workarounds such as using different darker clock faces and turning off Always On, if you use that. It won't go away but different faces can make a significant difference.
