Do you mean the glass popped off or there is no clock face showing? I had a problem today where it appears that FitBit no longer supports the 3rd party clock I had purchased from them. I used the IPhone app to switch to a different clock face, did a reset and problem solved!

Same here! All of a sudden my Sense went to a black screen. Not sure what to do! Very frustrating!!

-Check battery strength in app.
-Check charge cable to see if all 4 pins protrude equally.
-Change clock face in app to a Fitbit one.
some faces have been decommissioned.
