Sense screen stopped working

After I downloaded the update on my watch it wouldn't charge and after trying to turn it on multiple times and cleaning the charging area and charger numerous times I left it on the charger all night and it finally worked. But after charging, the screen was unresponsive and glitchy. I restarted it several times, changed my clock face to a Fitbit face, deleted a few apps, and removed my screen protector and cleaned the screen but nothing worked. Is there any way to fix this?
