My sense 2 started off by not responding to touch anymore but it was still tracking everything - sleep, steps, oxygen, etc. I contacted Fitbit and they said nothing they can do as it’s out of warranty by 3 weeks. (Ridiculous). After some back and forth, they offered me 20% off their next product which wouldn’t have even covered tax or shipping LOL. I decided to roll with my broken sense and 1 week later it fully crashed and got stuck on the logo screen- not being able to track or function. Now I have 3 months remaining on my fitbit app and they won’t offer a 3 month refund either because I purchased a yearly pass.
Fitbit just isn’t the same anymore. My versa 3 was a tank lasting 3 years and my sense 2 couldn't even last about 13 months. Terrible help & service and I will not be purchasing again.
ALSO NO PROPER RECYCLING SYSTEM. If their watches are going to die on a yearly basis than they should have a proper recycling system. They currently only take back working Fitbits so that they can make more money refurbishing them. They will not take back a fitbit without a working screen. My jaw dropped.

Insist it be replaced.
