It just stopped working, its like its stuck on the time and date and won't let me do anything

Hold side button until you see the Fitbit logo and release. Let it restart. Does the app show battery level top right when you swipe down on that page to sync? If so what is it?

@Shelleyyc Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is odd and to look into this, may I know if your watch is syncing correctly? By any chance have you updated the firmware version? If you haven't done so, please give a try to the restart process with the steps described above, change the clock face to one from Fitbit and monitor its behavior.
