Sense screen wake isn't working

How do you get the clock face to come up.  I move my wrist and the clock face does not appear and I click on side button and clock face still doesn’t appear and I double tap the face and still the clock face doesn’t appear?

Hi @ameek68  - it is probable that the battery is flat, try charging it. It may be that it's not charging so check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
