My sense went Black. The WATCH seems to run ok works and the screen wont turn on.

Hi @MimiSaari - if you double tap the screen and swipe right do you see anything?
Also if you put it on charge does it give you a battery level?

No to both 😞 it still vibrates but screen is just black. It measures step etc all the time according to app, it just doesnt show anything anymore.

@MimiSaari , thanks, seems it may be a hardware fault. If under warranty take it to where you bought for replacement with a new one.
In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They make take you through a factory reset or send you a refurbished one if under warranty.

Try resetting it. Hold the side button for 10 seconds and it will restart. This usually fixes the issue.
