My Fitbit Sense has just stopped working - been like this for a week now and shows no signs of ever recovering. The screen went blank so I tried charging it over night and when that didn’t work I then left it on charge for a few days , and still nothing!
im really careful with it and don’t even go into the water with it, because it cost a lot of money. So why has it died- it’s quite new still too. Please help!

can you press the button on the side does it vibrate when you do if yes maybe then this will help fix it just worth a try hold the button down like your trying to do a soft reboot soft reboot normally takes 10-15 seconds but in this case it might take 30ish seconds to a minute just keep holding it down until you see it reboot up if not get in contact with support if it still under warranty take it back to the store don't say anything wrong with it just say you changed your mind get a full refund then go buy a new sense.
