Unable to log water intake on Sense

I have had my sense for a couple weeks and it has worked great, till two days ago. I cannot log water intake on my watch. It will not save on the watch it app like it did before. I have restarted and synced several times with no lucky. Can I reinstall this tracker or is there something else you try?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for every step tried prior to posting. Nice way to start! Given this situation, let's try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app to refresh its settings and see how it goes:

  1. Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Restart your watch one more time.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Select your Sense, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
