My screen has stopped showing display. I charged it and attempted to reset it per other recommendations. When I hit the side button the screen remains black with a green line through it. The watch is still “working” since it still tracks steps when I checked the app, but the actual watch will not display anything. Is there something I can do? I’ve only had the watch for a couple months.

When you set Screen Wake to Auto (Motion), the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist. When you set Screen Wake to Manual (Button), press the button to turn on the screen.
