Sense screen won't respond

My Sense has been having trouble syncing, and today it has frozen up, and won't reboot.  I have read other posts on this issue and I haven't seen any resolution to the problem.

Hi @Lbabyfra,

 

Did you try placing your finger over the sensor on the side of the device?  Hold it there for about 10 seconds and it should unfreeze.
