My Fitbit Sense is frozen in swim mode. The screen is locked, and it's completely unresponsive to taps, side button presses, charging, or force restart attempts. I've tried all standard steps including holding the button for 20+ seconds both on and off the charger. Nothing is working. Please assist or advise on warranty/replacement options.
