Sense screen won't swipe anymore

if I try to scroll down, my Fitbit sense will freeze and restart so I can’t even see my stats or log anything anyone know how to fix this

Hi @Petercrazy - do you have the same problem if you swipe the face to the left and click on the Today app (to see your stats)?

If so, you can try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If that doesn't work, and most likely won't, you will need to do a factory reset.

It can be done in the watch Settings, About sense menu. Give it plenty of time to complete, till it wakes again by itself. Then set it up again as when you first got it.
