My Sense screen is on, but no matter how long I hold the button it does not restart, it just switches back and forth between the time and the extremely annoying "Set up Wallet" screen that I cannot turn off (I have no intention of ever setting up the wallet). And since I can't swipe to get to the Settings app to restart that way. Watch is synced to my phone, but I can't find a way to restart the watch from the phone.
Help!

Hi there, @JoeShryke. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense screen won't swipe anymore. I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue prior to posting here. I'll do my best to help you with this!
If your Sense is still syncing, try to change your clock face. Then, attempt to restart your Sense once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Moot point. Watch ran down battery in a day with screen mostly off and now won't charge. It's toast.
