My Sense stopped tracking my sleep 3 days ago. It stopped tracking my heart rate yesterday. I synced it and fully charged it this morning before a bike ride and while on my ride (about one hour in), the Sense just died. I can press the restart button and I will feel a vibration, but it will not restart and I do not see the logo. I tried to recharge the Sense after the ride and it did not make a difference, Any suggestions? Watch is running version 128.5.38

Probably the battery is flat and its not charging properly either. Start with the latter and check the 4 pins on the charger are equally prominent.
Its a common issue with the chargers and if so, you can contact Fitbit Support directly. They should be able to send you a replacement charger under warranty.
The other problem of rapid drain is/was also a known issue with the Fitbit App.
You can verify this by turning off Bluetooth on the phone and fully charging the watch to see how long it lasts.
Check also you have the latest Fitbit App version.
