Have a verse 2. Sense just arrived. Open app hit add new phone and sense. Says be sure app up to date. Hit cancel takes me back to previous Page. Hit more help can't find any help. Support closed. Can anyone help me? Thanks

What phone? Have you tried stopping the app?

It should ask you if you want to "Swap" to the Sense, which will remove your Versa. If it's not asking you that, clear the cache for the Fitbit app, restart phone, and try again.
