I appreciate new products do have bugs and glitches but for the price we have paid we expect these to be sorted prior to release.
unfortuantely I will be returning my sense. I have it 24 hours and it’s already failed on accuracy for sleep, apparently I got 9 hours last night. I can verify I didn’t, I have a new puppy, more like 9 mins!
I was sat on the sofa with a cup of tea and it registered 230 steps? And again whilst lying on my bed.
tried the Sp02 and it just says can’t read it? Brill.
went for a run GPS failed 4 times on the run. Had my older garmin on my other wrist and it lacked on distance and pace compared to my garmin. Which I know is accurate after previously comparing to a chest strap.
Did a Spin session this morning and when doing intervals the bpm were up to 30 bpm At times different to my other device.
This is my first dabble with a Fitbit but although it’s pretty to look at it’s just lacking in accuracy in so many areas. I understand no watch is 100% spot on but compared to my other 2 older devices I’ve compared it against. It’s so off.

My first go at a smartwatch and I'm not impressed. Swipe gestures are bad, the OS seems laggy, GPS failed to connect many times, no Google assistant at launch. I doubt they'll be a firmware update before I have to send this back. There are few better options out there for less money
