Sense short battery life

1) battery lasts roughly two days, average. Sometimes less

2) face awakens and shows the time at the bottom, date in upper left corner, a pic of a heart at top center, and a greyscale circle. Does not show: % blood oxygen, # of steps, heart rate, stairs, etc. Correct faces appear after clicking the side button.

 

what am i doing wrong?

Battery drain is dependent upon features apps etc that require constant battery draw.

 

Try depressing and holding down the button until you see the Fitbit logo and then release. This resets the watch and may help with the face.
