Sense showing Fitbit logo on screen

I've been using fitbit devices since 2012. Started with the very basic one and started upgrading.  The last few years been using the Sense watch. Have always loved my fitbit devices. But not so sure now. My sense watch while on my first shut off and went to logo screen and stuck there. My watch works great while connected to the charger. Even when fully charged, when i take it off charger it goes back to logo screen. Nothing I have tried works. Even tried factory reset. Looked like it was going to work but as it was installing it went back to logo again. I can't afford to buy a replacement right now.  As much as i hate to, I guess it's time to quit fitbit watches and buy a cheaper smart watch. Going to miss fitbit.

Thanks for letting me know your situation with the Sense screen, I can imagine how this can be, let me do my best to help you with that.

I recommend you to follow these steps, I'm positive they'll help you to get this working:

- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your device by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Charge 5. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.

I've already tried restarting my sense as you advised. I tried many times and it did not work which is why i tried to do factory reset.  And you mentioned Charge 5 in your response I have the Sense. Not surenifnthat makes a difference in advice you given. Thank you for replying and trying.
