My Fitbit sense will not display the right time I have tried syncing multiple times I’ve tried turning it off I’ve tried rebooting I’ve tried just about everything 🤷:female_sign:

Hi @Roll4you - is your Sense consistent about how many minutes/hours it’s off? If yes, and if your phone shows the right time, check the time settings in your app. To do this, open the Fitbit App on your phone. Tap -> Account -> App Settings -> Time Zone. The setting for Set Automatically should be green (on). Let us know if this helps, please.

Sometimes the time on a Fitbit device may be wrong after traveling to a different time zone. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, please make sure the time zone is set automatically. For more information, I recommend checking the following link: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
