Hi @lidzau - Try turning off the status indicator [which was added in the latest version] in the watch Settings, Display, and see if it goes away.

@lidzau- Ian, thanks for the confirmation with best answer. Your input helps others.
There seems little documentation but the white dot might indicate the indicators are in the process of being checked. Presumably when the dot disappears all is in order, otherwise an indicator may appear. But that is just a guess.
Also I am guessing again but with indicators checking turned on it may adversely affect the battery, in various ways. If your watch is behaving well it is probably not necessary to have the processing turned on.
On A Sense it is sufficient to swipe the face right to check Sleep or Do not disturb mode and battery level.
The SimpleCheckUp app displays all sorts of watch details, when it last synced, if it is connecting to the phone well or to find the phone [if it's reachable].
Which can be done only if there is a suspected problem, so may save battery.

I think it means that the ‘do not disturb’ setting is on. Mine had it too and it went away when I turned that setting off.

This is the indicator that the Do Not Disturb function is turned on.

There are four status indicators on the Sense and Versa 3. Fitbit describes them in this Help article. They are:
The battery use is minimal.
Laurie | Maryland
Sense 2, Luxe, Aria 2 | iOS | Mac OS
Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
