My fit bit sense ECG not working, I reset my watch but canot reset  now showing red color cross symbol when resetting time.  Please help me to reset

Welcome to the forums, @Abdussalam.

Thanks for your efforts while troubleshooting your Sense. Just to confirm, by reset do you refer to the factory reset? I'm asking this as it might be that the process wasn't completed correctly. Please make sure your watch is setup to your account and if you're having issues to sync, you can check this help article.

Once your watch is connected, install the ECG app and try taking a reading by following the instructions described here.
