Sense shows flickering red stripes

The display of my Sense shows flickering red stripes. Restart does not help.

Hi, @barbarasense, welcome to the community, I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" and use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Alternatively, you can contact them via the Fitbit app on your phone. You do not mention how long you have had your "Sense", Fitbit's warranty is for 1 year and excludes accidental damage unless you have bought the extended FPP cover which is for 2 years and includes accidental damage. You may have additional extended rights depending on local legislation.
