Hi,
My Sense has been working flawlessly for 2 months, automatically detecting my activities and properly tracking my HR and sleep. It was an excellent smartwatch.
Then, at the beginning of December I tried to update the firmware
Well, the Sense remained "stuck" in this update, it shows only the logo, it vibrates but in no way could i exit this update mode so i cannot use my Sense.
I've tried restarting, reset, I tried reconnecting the device after setting up ~Forget device~ in the app
Nothing worked, my Sense shows only the Fitbit logo and nothing else. Since then i left the Sense to go to zero battery several times and charged it again
Nothing happened and really i would have been happy at least to have my Sense show me the time...
It's vibrating almost continously and so the battery can be discharged in 5 or 6 hours...
I tried also to push the reset button while Sense was charging. Also, nothing worked.
My smartphone is a Samsung Galaxy S8 with Android 9. I had no problems sincyng with smartwatches from Samsung, Huawei or Xioami
Needless to say - i'm very dissapointed

When doing restart, reset did you hold the button until the logo reappeared before releasing?
It might be time for customer support or chat.
Worse case maybe they can send you a new one.
